The Xcel Program is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable, competitive experience outside the traditional USAG Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.

USAG Girls Dev Program

This is a competitive arena that follows USA Gymnastics rules and is for serious gymnasts seeking a competitive edge. We offer both compulsory and optional levels with a time commitment of 8 to 20+ hours a week, depending on level. Our goal is to take your gymnast as far as she is willing and able to go in the realm of competitive gymnastics.
